We are a relatively new church plant in Werrington Village, Peterborough.
Pastors Claudio and Mariela Coquet and family (Victoria, Ana, Juan and David) arrived as missionaries from the Argentine Assemblies of God to the UK in 2003. After serving at a local fellowship until the summer of 2006, God called them to plant a church in the city.
So they started to meet up at their home with two Christian friends to worship and seek the Lord about that.
At the same time they were accredited as full ministers with the British Assemblies of God of Great Britain and, soon after, were offered the leadership of the Werrington congregation, which they took over on the 23rd December 2006.
Since then the congregation experienced some growth and started seeking God for an outpouring of His presence with only one plan: to seek the Lord in worship expecting His kingdom to come and His will to be done in our lives.
We are still seeking and digging deeper into His presence and purpose.
Different areas of our ministry are not quite in place, still; but we are slowly growing and as we do so we pray for gifted people to join us to help us build our church.
Meanwhile we continue to press hard to see the transforming power of the Holy Spirit flowing from our fellowship and from each one of our lives into our community.
